About Us

Keystone Project Solutions began in Melbourne in 2010, founded on a simple conviction: that complex developments deserve advisors who understand both the fine print and the bigger picture. In those early years, the firm was a small team working out of a modest office in the inner city, taking on townhouse and apartment projects for local developers who needed help navigating planning approvals and keeping budgets honest. Word travelled quickly. A reputation for steady hands and straight answers meant that one successful project led to the next, and by the mid-2010s Keystone had grown from a handful of people into a trusted name across Victoria's residential and commercial development scene.

As clients began asking for help on projects further afield, expansion followed naturally rather than by grand design. Keystone opened its New South Wales presence to support government and corporate work in Sydney, and not long after established itself in Adelaide to take on civil and infrastructure projects across South Australia. With each new region came new expertise — estimation, procurement, data advisory and program management — broadening the firm into the multidisciplinary consultancy it is today. More than a decade on, Keystone remains guided by the same values it started with in 2010: deliver carefully, build relationships that last, and treat every client's project as if it were our own.

At Keystone Project Solutions, we help developers, Keystone Project Solutions helps developers, government bodies and contractors turn complex projects into delivered outcomes. We believe good projects aren't won by chance; they're built deliberately, with the right governance, clear costs and steady relationships behind every decision. Whether you're navigating approvals, tendering for work, or keeping a development on track, we're the steady hand clients reach for to move an idea from concept to completion. To see what that looks like in practice, take a look through our Works section.
